Studentreasures’ FREE Classbook project is a collaborative project where each student in a class contributes one page of writing and one page of illustration to create a collaborative book for the classroom.
There is nothing more gratifying than to see your students excited to learn. When you publish a book with your class, you’ll watch your students’ faces light up as they become published authors and create a professionally bound book just like they would find in the library. This free classbook publishing project is a unique experience that will get your students excited about writing and inspire their best effort.
In exchange for the free book publishing kit and deluxe, hardcover copy for the teacher, we ask that parents have the opportunity to pre-order a copy of the classbook, too. That’s it.
Parents can order their own copy starting at $22.95 when they pre-order online. Parent order forms are included in your publishing kit. Parents are under no obligation to purchase a copy and the teacher’s book is still free.
Yes! While most of our publishers are in grades K-6, any class in any grade can create a classbook. Classbooks work especially well for teachers doing a collaborative book and are adaptable for a variety of subjects, including English, social studies, math, science, language arts, and more.
